ABOUT THE CHEF

After dining with Chef Gregory Evans many people often wonder how he learned to cook in a way that taste like magic. Although Chef Gregory’s easygoing personality is all him, his foundational culinary knowledge came from someone very dear to his heart: his mother.

Growing up, Chef Greg watched his mother turn “water into wine” in his family kitchen. As a single mother of four children, Chef Gregory’s mother didn’t have much, but she found ways to use the little pieces of food that she could piece together to create gourmet meals that kept him and his siblings coming back for more. It was in the kitchen that Chef Gregory found his “voice”; cooking became a passion of his and taught him patience and discipline. Cooking became the medium to which Gregory was able to express himself and make a difference in the world.

In hopes of finding other ways to make money as he grew up, Gregory explored some alternative careers but ultimately found that he couldn’t quite quiet that persistent voice in his mind that kept calling him back to cooking. So in 2013, Chef Gregory ultimately committed himself to master the culinary arts and becoming a professional private chef and caterer. Now, Chef Gregory is an award-winning chef that has several televised appearances and cooked for celebrity clientele. What makes Chef Gregory unique is that he is dedicated to ensuring that each fine dining or event experience that he is a part of is special by creating custom menus based on his client’s taste and budget. In other words, if you book Chef Gregory you can assure that the food will taste great, the memories will be plentiful and you ultimately won’t be disappointed.
